By accessing and using TravelKashmir’s website or services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined here. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking and Payments

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment of an advance amount.
  • Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to departure unless agreed otherwise.
  • We accept secure online payments via Razorpay and UPI.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be requested via email. Refunds (if any) are processed according to our Refund Policy.

4. Service Limitations

Travel itineraries may change due to weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives but are not responsible for delays or cancellations beyond our control.

5. Travel Insurance

We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance covering health, cancellations, and emergencies. TravelKashmir does not provide insurance coverage.

6. Code of Conduct

Travelers must respect local customs, obey tour guides, and maintain appropriate behavior during trips. Any illegal or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, logos, and written material is the property of TravelKashmir. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
