Refund Policy

We value our customers and aim to maintain a transparent refund process.

Advance Payment Refunds

At TravelKashmir, customers are required to pay an advance amount to confirm bookings. If you decide to cancel your booking, the refund is subject to the following condition:

Total advance amount will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 15 days before the scheduled departure date.

Example

Suppose you paid an advance of ₹10,000 for a Kashmir tour package scheduled to start on 20th June. If you request a cancellation before 5th June (i.e., 15 days prior), you will receive:

  • Refund Amount: ₹10,000 if done before 15 days

If cancellation is made within 15 days of the departure date, no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing via Razorpay

All refunds are processed through Razorpay. Once approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment method and bank processing time.

Razorpay also requires that the original payment source be active (e.g., your card or UPI should not be closed/deactivated) to complete a refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to info@travelkashmir.com with your booking ID.
  2. Include your full name, contact number, and reason for cancellation.
  3. Wait for confirmation and refund approval within 2 business days.
